Hello fellow Cheap Cheapers!
What a chirpy time of the year this is! We’re well into the throes of spring now. The cherry blossom is blooming, little birds are chirping as they submit their planning permission to Top Bird for their new nest designs and there’s a general feel of motivation and excitement in the air.
It’s certainly a wonderful time of the year with the emergence of new life and renewed possibilities! The swallows can already be seen darting around as they begin to start their new families, and the bid for the next ‘Grand Nest Design’ title is now on!
Word on the branch is that a young, spritely Great Tit has submitted plans for a three story pentnest on the banks of the River Exe. It’s caused a few ruffled feathers, but that’s to be expected for such an innovative new design. Featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen to prepare fresh worms and bugs, a fancy bathroom opening in the wall and two roomy bedrooms complete with a plush moss finish, it’s sure to be a head turner upon completion.
We love you, Mum!
